Sharayhah and Dana were married on a slightly rainy Saturday afternoon. Inspired by Tim Burton, their steam punk themed wedding was nothing short of awesome. Being the incredibly creative peeps they are, Sharayhah and Dana took charge of their wedding decorations and designed or DIY'd almost everything with the help of friends! I mean, the bouquets alone - enough said!
After a beautiful ceremony, we headed out armed with umbrellas to brave the rains that fell intermittently as we wandered through Van Dusen Gardens. The people at Van Dusen were also amazing at giving us a few extra minutes after the gardens had closed to ensure we had enough time for photos. And the whole wedding party was incredible. They offered to help carry extra umbrellas, they shared photo ideas, and most of all, they put up with all my requests despite the rain. They were simply the best!
